Kate Douglas is an Australian artist painting highly detailed reproductions of how she sees the world She is known for her labour-intensive artworks which explore the built and natural environments using unique compositions and viewpoints.
Kate has exhibited throughout Australia at venues including the Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts, Logan Art Gallery, Redcliffe Art Gallery and Gippsland Art Gallery. Her artwork features in several public collections including Queensland Health and Ipswich Art Gallery.
